For fifty or more we look for several homes clustered in one development, close enough to walk between families, or one large home big enough to hold the group. One point of contact runs the search, lines up the bookings with each home’s owner or manager, and stays with you through the stay so the group is handled as one.

Whether it’s a smaller home for one family or a large villa for the whole family over Yom Tov, we’ll bring you the right options and coordinate the stay.

What this service is, in plain words

We coordinate. We don’t own these homes. Apart from 9312 and 9332, every home we show you belongs to another owner or manager in one of these communities. We know them; we don’t run their houses.
We’re not a real estate broker. We don’t list, lease or sell property for anyone. What we do is the search, the introduction and the coordination. The booking itself is made with the home’s owner or manager.
What you actually get. You send dates, group size and budget. We search our network, come back with a short list, make the introduction, and stay with you through the stay so there is one person to call.
The engagement fee is $195. It opens the search and is credited toward our coordination fee when you book. It pays for our time, not for the home. The rent, the taxes and any deposit are set and collected by the home’s owner or manager.
